Group Fitness
Yoga
Our Yoga class is a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation. Yoga can help improve strength and flexibility.
PiYo
Our PiYo class combines high intensity cardio yoga-flows with bodyweight resistance strength training to help you burn crazy calories and tone every inch of your body! The exercise program is called PiYo because it combines Pilates (Pi) and yoga (Yo).
Barre
Our Barre class combines low-impact exercises like stretching or upper arm circles with faster-paced physical activity such as jumping squats to create a variety of aerobic conditioning sessions which has been shown over time are more effective at improving core strength than traditional sit-ups can offer alone
HIIT &Kick
Our HIIT & Kick class is designed to help you improve your endurance and boost your metabolism. This program includes high-intensity interval training workouts that will challenge your body and improve your overall fitness level. Our trainers will guide you through each workout, ensuring that you get the most out of your training.
Step
Our Step class is one of the most classic forms of functional training. It emulates the everyday functions of walking, climbing stairs, and getting out of a car. When we place these everyday functional movements to the beat of music and a step, we create a fun, effective, and humbling, dare I say, workout that benefits all.
